SHIPPING & HANDLING:Shipping
and handling are a crucial part of the ordering process. We have
outlined below some of the important information in regard to this

DELIVERY TIMES:
Shipping and Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot be held
responsible for delays. We make every effort to ship your order the
same day we receive it as long as it has been placed by 2:00PM Eastern
Time. All orders received after this cut-off time cannot be guaranteed
to be shipped the same day, and will ship the next possible business
day. Shipping charges are based upon the weight and value of the order and the
service requested: Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. To calculate
shipping charges before placing an order: place your items into the
shopping cart and click on "Calculate Shipping Charges" and your exact
shipping charge will be displayed.
UPS VS. FedEx: Although
our shipment system lists UPS only, FedEx may be substituted. In rare
cases, orders will ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
APO/AFO: At this
time APO/AFO shipments are on a per shipment basis; in other words,
contact us first before placing your order to ensure proper shipping.
SHIPPING:
For your and our protection, we can only ship to your credit card or
PayPal's
verified /confirmed billing or alternate shipping address.
FREE SHIPPING:
Some [heavy] items are excluded from free shipping offers for Alaska
and Hawaii. You will be contacted after you place your order to
discuss the issue.
REFUSAL:
If you refuse a product when being delivered, your account will be
credited back your order total minus all shipping charges plus a $5.00
handling fee.
RETURNS:
Here at OEL, we offer low and competitive prices. We strive to
offer the best price possible. At times you may not be 100% satisfied
with your order, and that is why we offer a no questions asked return

LENGTH OF TIME:
All products (that are still in new and working condition, including
product packaging) are able to be returned within 30 days of purchase
date [or shipping date if there is a long delay in shipment]
unless otherwise specified in the item listing.
Open box units are able to be returned within 21 days.
Copiers/Printers/Fax-machines: once the ink or toner has been
installed, it cannot be returned. No refunds on toner, ink, and
other printer consumables.
PACKAGING:
All returns, regardless of the reason must be returned in the original
manufactures box with ALL original packaging materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals,
accessories and cables must be included as well.
We suggest keeping all of these items whenever you purchase an item, for a
minimum of 30 days.
RMA INFORMATION:
To return or exchange an item you MUST contact us first and request a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA"). All returns
received without this number will be refused; the product(s) will be
returned to you at your expense plus you will incur a $10 handling
fee. Please write this number
on an outside carton shipping label, DO NOT write on the item's box itself; if
the item arrived in only the manufactures box, write the RMA number on
the shipping label.
RMA's TIME FOR USE:
RMA numbers are good up until the 30th day from the original purchase
date [or shipping date as outlined above]. Any
product returned after this time will be refused.
DOA/DEFECTIVE:
Dead on Arrival ("DOA") or defective items received can be returned
for a replacement (RMA requested within 14 days).
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at
least $25 per unit will be billed to your credit card and returned to
the you, the buyer, at your expense. Toshiba requires that units be
exchanged or warranty work done directly through them via their
warranty policy.
Copiers/Printers/Fax-machines: once the ink or toner has been
installed,
units must be exchanged or warranty work done directly through their
respective manufacturer. After 14 days, the unit must be exchanged via
warranty service from the product's respected manufacturer.
SHIPPING:
Returns must be shipped prepaid.
Products received: collect, without an RMA number, not approved for
return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special orders cannot be returned. (please see FAQ for clarification)
DTV CONVERTER BOXES: We do not
accept returns on any DTV converter boxes under any circumstances.
We will replace defective units, per DOA rules listed above.
REFUND:
Your refund is issued [to your original credit card used when placing
your order] only after the product is returned, inspected, and
confirmed. The amount of your refund shall be equal to your original
purchase price of the product only. Under NO circumstances can
extended warranties be refunded. There are no restocking
fees.
Products that included free shipping will receive their full refund
minus actual shipping charges. Please allow for refunds [credits] to appear on your credit card
statement in one to two billing cycles.
