Acceptance
The following forms a legal agreement between you and Online Electronics
Liquidation ("OEL"). By using this site you are acknowledging that you have
read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable
laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms do not use this
site. If you purchase products or use the website in any way, you are bound
by these terms. The material provided on this site is protected by law,
including, but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international
treaties. Any claim relating to the use of this site, its materials and any
sales there under is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without
regard to conflict of laws rules and New York will be the sole jurisdiction
and venue for any litigation arising from the use of or orders made on the
site. Binding Arbitration may me be requested through the BBB should the
circumstances warrant such action.

copyright laws, trademark laws, and various other regulations and statutes.

Limitation of Liability

Risk of Loss
The risk of
loss and title for items purchased from OEL pass to you upon our delivery to
the carrier.
Typographical Errors and Pricing Policy
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a
typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, OEL shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for said product(s). Pricing on our website represents pricing for
end users and not for resellers of any kinds. Orders placed by resellers
will be cancelled and all monies refunded. OEL reserves the right to cancel your order for
any reason or for no reason at all. OEL is not responsible for prices or
pricing errors on other websites. We will not honor incorrect prices listed
on other websites. All information in regard to product description is for
information purposes only, OEL will not be held responsible for any
typographical error(s) therein. Product images are provided by the
manufacturer, and in rare cases, may not depict actual item. Not all accessories pictured are included.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. OEL reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at
all. OEL is a reseller to end-users and does not accept orders from dealers,
exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products
purchased from OEL.
Sales Taxes
OEL collects applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
within New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales
taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location.
Transmissions
Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this site by
any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may
be disseminated or used by OEL for any purpose whatsoever. All personal data
provided to OEL will be handled in accordance with OEL's Privacy Policy
contained within this site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting
to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory,
obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any
other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under
the law.
Marketing and Order Communication
When you place an order with OEL, you agree that we have collected your
e-mail address for the sole purposes of communicating order status with you
and sending you occasional e-mail about product promotions or special
offerings. All promotional e-mail's have the ability to unsubscribe if you
decide you do not want to receive this type of information. As per our
privacy policy, we never give out or sell your information to any third
party. Your information stays with us securely and will not be sold.

OEL may at any time, without prior notice, revise these Terms of Use by
updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any such
